Apple requested injunction against Appstore Amazon

The Appstore Amazon is now gone on line, in it there are apps for the Android OS from Google. As the competition from Apple Amazon requires 30 percent of sales, and also allows the developers not to market the apps in another App Store.Amazon, however, assumes that one quite quickly generate revenue, since they can draw on a large number of customers who use Amazon for purchasing. Not quite as rosy, however, it looks into legal things, Apple has applied for an injunction against Amazon. According to Apple, the term "App Store" Property of Apple and Amazon-variant "apps store" has too few differences to the Apple-naming.

Apple fights but at another front with Microsoft around the "App Store" designation. Microsoft claims that App Store, a general designation for an app-line platform and therefore can not be protected. Despite these initial problems of the Amazon Appstore this week is now online and at the start, there are 3800 apps - but for now only in the states. The Euro-Star forward is not yet known. The apps can be purchased either directly from Amazon or a special Android App.
